Prayers

Pray for the people of Thailand as this country seeks to find democratic stability.  Pray that the military will act with restraint.  Pray for both internal and external pressure to ensure a peaceful outcome resolves.

Pray for our Federal Government to find a generous spirit to asylum seekers from Sri Lanka and Afghanistan.  Afghanistan is a country that is fo dangerous that common household fertilisers are banned for fear of being made into bombs. This country continues to be a source of UN Security Council resolutions and yet the Australian Government shows a hard heart to those in need.

Pray for those who will be away next week over the Anzac Day long weekend.

Pray for those celebrating birthdays over the coming weeks.
