Our mission statement
We are learning to be a community: extending hospitality, and reaching out to share in the ministry of Jesus.
At Maroubra Junction Uniting we don't just think about discipleship- we put it into practice! The MJ community interacts with the wider community through its support for chaplaincy at the University of New South Wales and Christian Students Uniting (UCATSA). Our community centre, 'Corio House', functions as a local drop in centre and congregation members have become mission workers and Ministers of the Word in the wider Uniting Church.
